When the wind picks up in the fall, and sand, water and clouds roar wildly, it’s time for me to pack my camera, towel and umbrella (what a superstition! as if it would be of some use!) and head to the beach.
On the way, I repeatedly and feverishly look up at the sky: fleeting turf clouds over the horizon.
Hopefully there are some fishing boats out there, I always think. I won’t do it without it. As in my other works, I always need a human reference.
The dimension must remain tangible in order to experience the majesty of some of these views
