1988-1994 Project Le Monument aux Morts de Lodève, Paul Dardè (1888-1963). Seen and photographed by Rafael Cardenas, exhibitions in Karlsruhe (D), Leipzig (D) Millau (F), Montpellier (F), Perpignan (F), Paris (F), etc.

1990-1993 Research into old photographic processes, focus on heliogravure at the Institute for Fine Arts, University of Karlsruhe.

1995 Under the pseudonym Erwin Dopf together with the artist Patricia Waller, winner of the 1st Microsoft Art Prize, “Software piracy, copy – palgiat -falsification” CeBIT 1995

Since 2004 administration of Franz Schensky’s historical picture archive.
